Our services include design, manufacturing, and upfitting.

- Acceptance: An order is deemed accepted only when confirmed in writing by Nichols Truck Bodies, typically after a deposit or full payment has been received, as per the agreed terms.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress payments, and final payment, will be outlined in specific proposals or invoices. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
Nichols Truck Bodies warrants that all products manufactured and services performed will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The duration and specifics of warranties will be provided in writing with each product or service agreement. Commercial components from third-party brands (e.g., Stahl, RKI, Thieman) are subject to their respective manufacturers' warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nichols Truck Bodies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
